THE LAUNCH BOUNDARY

Being useful includes
knowing when to stop.

BackPocket is for bounded, low-risk everyday problems. The AI cannot waive these rules, and the onsite Rescuer must verify the real condition before beginning.

EVERY ONSITE VISIT

Rules that travel
with the job.

Customer present

The customer remains onsite and authorizes the original scope and any proposed change.

Rescuer verifies

The field human checks stability, access, hazards, and packet accuracy before touching the item.

Stop means stop

A mismatch, hazard, or bad vibe can end the visit at any time. A safety cancellation receives a full refund.

BEFORE THE FIRST REAL JOB

Pilot assumptions are not permission.

Megan's field capability is established through existing client work. Pricing and the 20-minute drive area remain pilot assumptions, and every real booking still requires its task, equipment, jurisdiction, and business checks.

01

Match the request to the founder-approved task matrix

02

Verify drive time and governing jurisdiction for each real address

03

Close business, tax, contractor-registration, and local permit gates

04

Put appropriate liability, commercial-use auto, and task coverage in force

05

Approve customer-present, tracking-consent, check-in, cancellation, and incident rules

06

Confirm the exact tools, PPE, support, disposal route, and job packet

It does not collect real addresses or payment, place real appointments, dispatch a worker, or authorize anyone to perform a trade.
